I typically use runs to work out the annoying, challenging, frustrating things going on in life, with God, and also to praise and give thanks to God for being able to run in a healthy body in the first place. I also enjoy music while doing it to push me along as well; and certain lyrics of this particular song (drum & bass – perfectly-fast BPMs) hit in just the right way during my run/walk/jog this morning:
