… from what i hear. *Ahem* Here’s the big reveal of the aftermath of my recent shoulder surgery.
So far so good – weened myself off of pain meds within a couple days after the procedure, not a whole lot of pain or discomfort, and navigating life with essentially a single arm hasn’t been all that harrowing. Feeling pretty blessed over the whole affair, especially considering being Joe Gymnasium was what caused it all in the first place… 😅
In any case, ice up/heal up, that’s the name of the game right now. 💪🏽
