Putting in work –

Continuing my efforts of making up for the month I pissed away (the most apropos way to describe it) not exercising, tonight marked the 2nd week back to the grind; and as I promised myself when I started, once the initial soreness of week 1 was done cardio would not be far behind. So tonight, despite my feeling like I’d keel over at any time, my friend the dreadmill and I met up. At the end of it all, my body is exhausted – but the best kind of it. Behold the small fruit of my cardio labor – back at it tomorrow. ?
