It’s absolutely heartwarming to me whenever someone, for even a brief moment, takes time out to stop thinking about her/himself and focus in on someone else’s needs. A neighbor in a nearby community was finding it difficult to provide gifts for his kids due to an economic hardship for the family in general; and people acknowledged it, accepted it as a difficulty to be shared, and did something about it. Absolutely phenomenal and hope-inspiring that the hand of Jesus is still out there in the form of some truly “bought-in” people. Just awesome.
