Took the time out for the extended weekend to stretch my photographic muscles after going through a little newbie withdrawal. Did a little bit of snapping here in town yesterday (even met a new group doing an impromptu photo walk downtown), and then decided to venture out of my comfort zone and head over to the bigger city, Atlanta, for today. I pretty much exhausted myself with all the walking and standing, but it was well worth it. I think I got some fantastic shots (keyword, think – I still have to review them before editing) but time will tell. Regardless, it was a great day for taking some photos and enjoying a no-pressure trek from home.
