Got to spend a nice Mother’s Day with my mom and part of my family today. And unexpectedly got to enjoy a trip down memory lane as well…
Those nice people (well, away from the camera… 😄) would be my maternal grandparents. Although I knew my grandmother fairly well as a child and teen, my granddad passed away when I was still a crying, teething a-hole. 😄 So, it’s always interesting to hear stories about him, or see photos of him, or – bonus – to see photos of both he and my grandma together. Kinda completes the puzzle on who your parents are, and how they were, so to speak.
Anyways, a great surprise to take home with me today. 😊
